Drawer Type Spin-pack Preheating Oven DSPO Series

Principle:
Drawer-type components preheating oven for chemical fiber components in the preheating and insulation by electric heating. Flanged stainless steel electric heating elements installed inside the air duct, the heat issued by the heating element evenly work on components in workroom thought blower, so that the components are evenly heated. The oven adopts a set of fan circulation to make the inside temperature uniform.

Material Description
Stainless steel surface pickling passivation treatment, carbon steel surface spraying twice anti-rust paint after manual derusting (derusting grade St2), coated around the mouth of high temperature silver paint, the rest of the surface spraying high temperature gray hammer paint twice, required paint layer uniform, in line with national C-class standards.
Electric Control System
According to the working principle of the drawer type preheating oven, using the Japanese "PXR" digital high-precision temperature controller automatically control equipment process temperature. When over-temperature, cut off the main heating power, and sound and light alarm, to ensure the normal operation of equipment and fault self-protection. The instrument has PID manual and can auto-tuning to set the best parameters, input excellent control signal to drive the heating control device (solid state relay), heating control device with automatic temperature cooling and fault self-diagnosis protection to ensure temperature control precision. As the heating mode of the device is electric heating through the air circulation method to the temperature uniform heating to the workroom, so the design of the fan and heating element interlock protection, the heater can work only the fan in the normal operation.

§Structural features:
The Spin-pack insulation handcart is supporting the drawer type spin-pack preheating oven, pick and place, transport the components after preheating. Lifting car consist of the frame, platform, four-bar linkage mechanism, hydraulic pumps, insulation box, wheels and other components.
The frame is installed on a totally enclosed polyurethane wheel, and the wheel is composed of two directional wheels and two universal wheels which is equipped with a brake device. Platform from the jack through the hinged four linkage mechanism to lift. The platform has a insulation box, the inner shell of the box and the outer frame support a good thermal insulation performance, the insulation box is equipped with rails, and orbit docking in drawer-type components preheat oven , easy to remove the tray of the components.

§Performance Evaluation:

Principle :
Horizontal Preheating Oven with Two-door, upward mouth, easy to pick and place components. Oven with shelf preheating components, stainless steel electric heating elements installed in the oven, through the fan, the heat generated by the heating element even work on interior components (heating element can be a single replacement). Hydraulic support bar to open the door to reduce the labor intensity of the operator. When the door is opened, the device automatically cut off the heating power, to ensure safe operation. The oven door and oven mouth are double sealed packing structure.

§Introduction
The equipment frame is composed of steel, welded steel pipe production. Between the furnace and the external frame filled with high-quality aluminum silicate insulation. Furnace is made of stainless steel, each furnace has three high-frequency porcelain electric heating tape, electric heating wire material is Cr20Ni80, heater life of not less than three years.
The pit preheating furnace is composed of 6 furnaces, each furnace can work alone. To ensure the furnace lid temperature is not leaked, the use of double seal structure. Furnace, furnace cover and furnace panel materials are SUS304 stainless steel plate.
